Gen V 220 - 220/23X, .644/.644, 113 LSA, 32% fuel lobe
For our LT1 customers the added induction really helps the Gen V 220 cam shine in the horsepower department. Once again this mild cam makes excellent top end horsepower, to the tune of over 600 hp, all the while providing smooth power and excellent driveability for use in your daily driver or weekend toy.
NOTE: To take advantage of this grind, it is imperative to utilize VVT control when tuning. A proper calibration with attention to detail in this respect, will make this camshaft SHINE!
Gen V 225 - 225/24X, .644/.644, 113 LSA, 32% fuel lobe
The versatile BTR Gen V 225 camshaft provides excellent low and mid range torque along with exceptional power up to redline. Whether your truck is used for work, mild towing or as a weekend cruiser, this cam will provide great all around power along with a noticeable idle that grabs your attention
For our LT1 customers, the added induction really helps the Gen V 225 cam shine in the horsepower department. Once again this mild cam makes excellent top end horsepower, to the tune of over 600 hp, all the while providing smooth power and excellent driveability for use in your daily driver or weekend toy.

Gen V 230 - 230/24X, .644/.644, 112 LSA, 32% fuel lobe
This cam is not for the weak at heart. Intended for use as a MAX EFFORT VVT cam, in combination with aftermarket milled and ported cylinder heads, while using an aftermarket throttle bodY and intake manifold such as our Trinity series intake. Best results when using a 5" cold air intake tube set up.
If you're wanting brutal mid range and top end power, these are this camshaft's shining attributes. We've seen power figures North of 730 hp on our engine dyno in a SBE application when used in conjunction with BTR valve train components.
Higher than stock stall converter and lower gearing* (when applicable) is recommended along with an E85 compatible fuel system.
This cam requires fly-cutting when using OEM pistons, but the extra labor is key to obtaining maximum performance from this combination.
Note: Custom tuning is required.
Camshaft Info
The Texas Speed & Performance LT1 "El-C7" V2 camshaft is a great choice for the enthusiast looking for a maximum effort camshaft for their gen 5 LT1. It will have a gnarly lope at idle and will require a higher stall speed torque converter for automatics. It does not retain the factory AFM/DOD functionality that deactivates cylinders, so a DOD/AFM delete kit will be needed. We recommend that the VVT be locked out by means of a phaser lockout kit for all of our TSP LT camshafts.
All LT V2 camshafts will come standard with our +32% fuel lobe. The +32% fuel lobe will require the use of a lash cap, so please make sure that you install one during the camshaft installation! (Do not use lash cap with LT4 fuel pump)

It will have a nice chop at idle and will require a higher stall speed torque converter for automatics. It does not retain the factory AFM/DOD functionality that deactivates cylinders, so a DOD/AFM delete kit will be needed. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an RMA number to be given by phone (318-222-7889).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Order Cancellations: Special order items are subject to order cancellation fees (2-5%). This includes engines, short blocks, and any items that require machine work.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days (excludes holidays).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Warranty
We do not offer warranty on parts not manufactured by "AMS Racing". We do carry a 1 year replacement warranty on all "AMS Racing" parts. This warranty is from manufacturer defect only and does not include any labor/part claims associated.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
