Edelbrock VRS-4150 Race & Performance Carburetor #1309 950 CFM is race ready but street friendly. The one-piece, cast aluminum body fits all 4150 and 4500 carb flange manifolds without requiring an adapter plate. PN 1309 is ready for the track with four circuit billet metering blocks that utilize screw-in emulsion bleeds. The 20% larger capacity fuel bowls feature internal ribs to control fuel slosh, and a sculpted baffle directs incoming fuel to the sides to minimize bubbles. The floats have corner cuts to avoid shutting off the fuel flow during hard cornering, and jet extender notches and jet extenders in the rear to keep the jets covered in fuel under hard acceleration. VRS carburetors allow users to externally adjust idle bypass air as the adjustment screws are accessible without removing the air cleaner/scoop. The advanced idle circuit features interchangeable idle discharge jets in all four corners to allow for a smooth, clean idle with the use of big, low-vacuum camshafts. Normally found only in high end racing carbs, the VRS also includes fully adjustable intermediate fuel circuits, which help to provide incredible throttle response and easy fuel curve slope tuning. Finally, for greater control at high RPM, the high speed/main fuel circuit is split into two bleed circuits * one each for the lower and upper sections. A universal fit throttle arm with take -offs for TV cables, Moly-coated throttle shafts and built-in provisions for a standard GM three-wire TPS mount add features to this carburetor that are ideal for any user. Multiple vacuum hook-ups including timed and full time ports keep this carburetor usable on the street. As an additional feature, the power valves are located on both primaries and secondaries that support optimized jetting. The power valve will add fuel as necessary while the power valve protection circuit prevents diaphragm damage from backfires. All these features make for easy tuning and great versatility in many applications.

Order Cancellations: Special order items are subject to order cancellation fees (2-5%). This includes engines, short blocks, and any items that require machine work.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for proper inspection, processing, and refunds to be issued. Please note; we will release your funds as soon as the return process is completed, but your financial institution can hold funds for 1-5 business days after we release them.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Warranty
AMS Racing is not responsible for any labor charges associated with a defect, a failure or improperly installed component. The installer will be liable to inspect and review all components before the installation process. If a defect is found, we will work with the manufacturer directly to have it replaced.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
